Ted Strickland voted against reforming the United Nations

On June 16, 2005 the House of Representatives voted on H.R. 2745, the United Nations Reform Act. The vote was 221 to 184 in favor of reforming the institution that brought us the Oil for Food fiasco:

Governor wannabe Ted Strickland probably thinks the U.N. is just hunkey-dorey the way it is because he voted against his fellow Ohioan's in the House and the majority seeking to reform it.
