WMD and BizzyBlog look at Ted Strickland's vote on House Resolution 107

In 1999 the House of Representatives took up a resolution called H.CON.RES.107:

Title: Expressing the sense of Congress rejecting the conclusions of a recent article published by the American Psychological Association that suggests that sexual relationships between adults and children might be positive for children.
The roll call vote on this resolution had 355 members in favor of the resolution, 0 members against it and 13 members registering with the clerk of the house that they were "Present" for the vote. Ted Strickland was one of those 13 "Present" members.

This, among other issues, brought Matt Hurley of WMD to ask the question 'Where Was Strickland on Child Predator Issues?'

Tom Blumer of BizzyBlog follows-up on WMD's post and addresses the question 'Why Ted Stricklands 1999 ‘Present’ Vote on H CON RES 107 Matters, and What It Means'.

Every Ohioan should read these analyses before casting their votes for Ohio Governor in November.
