Heritage Foundation Video: Government 2.0: How Bloggers Claimed Their First Major Policy Victory

The Heritage Foundation hosted a panel (video) discussing how a bipartisan coalition of bloggers won passage of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act. (HT: Tapscott's Copy Desk).
