Taking bets on this idiocy

Porkopolis is taking bets on how long it will be before we see the idiocy start when some reflexively suggest that because Geena Davis has acted in a role as a strong political leader, she is then qualified to run for President or some other public office.

Think that it won't happen? Consider suggestions for actor Martin Sheen aka President Josiah Bartlet, Warren Beatty aka Senator Jay Billington Bulworth , or Robert Redford aka Senate candidate Bill McKay in The Candidate.

Update: OK, that didn't take long: Ge[e]na Davis for President!

It's G-E-E-N-A Davis. Man, I can't believe that guy misspelled it. You're excused, because you're not a fan.

Wiki:

I though she was very good in A League of Their Own.

The Wiki entry says she has an IQ of 140, which begs the question "If she's so smart, why was she married to Jeff Goldblum?" I like him as an actor, but it seems like a major mismatch.
