TEL Amendment Pushed to November 2006 Ballot

Some breaking news on the TEL [Ohio's Tax Expenditure Limitation]front:

The Ohio constitutional amendment to limit state spending has been changed from its previously reported November 2005 date now to November 2006.

According to Ken Blackwell's website, this will be a major part of Blackwell's gubernatorial campaign.
