A one in 13 million chance of having identical quadruplets in Michael Moore's socialized medicine nirvana (a.k.a Canada) had to be passed up because the Canadian hospital had no room (emphasis added):

A Calgary couple are now the proud parents of four identical baby girls. The birth of identical quadruplets is an extremely rare event, with chances of one in 13 million.

Karen Jepp gave birth to her girls Sunday at the Benefis Hospital in Great Falls, Montana. They were flown south of the border because Foothills Medical Centre NICU in Calgary was over-capacity with the addition of three more preterm babies Friday...
