Voinovich introduces Social Security 'LockBox'

WASHINGTON D.C. –Senator George V. Voinovich (R-OH) introduced the Truth in Budgeting Act of 2005 today, which will guarantee that any trust fund revenues collected for a special purpose, including Social Security funds, will be securely locked away and not lent out for other purposes. This includes borrowing from trust funds to balance the federal budget.
