PowerLine: Does Obama know what he's talking about?

The post 'Porkopolis calls Bullshit on 'Rock-Star' Senator Barack Obama' takes Harvard Law grad Obama to task for not knowing some basic facts about Habeas Corpus in our country's legal history. Mr. Obama comments on Habeas Corpus were made in an interview while he was discussing the just passed Military Commissions Act which he voted against.

In what appears to be a developing pattern, PowerLine's Scott Johnson questions if Obama knows what he's talking about as it relates to the recent Boumediene Supreme Court decision:

...In short, the procedural protections afforded the Guantanamo detainees under the statute before the Supreme Court in Boumediene substantially exceed those accorded the Nuremberg defendants. Obama's unfavorable comparison of the legal treatment of the Guantanamo detainees with that of the Nuremberg defendants suggests either that he does not know what he's talking about, or that he feels free to take great liberties with the truth.
