Read The Bill!
On the heels of the Porkopolis Pledge comes ReadtheBill.org which is promoting the following:
We invite Americans from all political perspectives to join our "72 Online" campaign. By Election Day, we will persuade Congress to post bills online for 72 hours before being brought up for floor debate. ReadtheBill.org was launched Jan. 17, 2006. We support the "72 Online" reform resolution, H.Res.688, sponsored by Rep. Brian Baird (D-WA). Tell your member of Congress to: cosponsor his .Res.688...Update: Libertarian Jason in the comments points out that DownsizeDC.org as a similar initiative.

I like DownsizeDC's proposal to pass the "Read the Bills Act"... It's much more well thought-out than this....
