'-ism' being used in place of a logical argument?
The charge of sexism that some Republicans uses against those that criticize the Miers nomination sounds eerily like the charge of racism Democrats sometimes use at the drop of a hat and with little else to argue.

It's hard to really have a logical argument about Miers since we're asked to accept her nomination on trust alone.
