Ohio's Ballot issues on smoking covered by C-SPAN

Jacob Evans & Susan Jagers , Smoke Less Ohio (video):
The guests talk about two smoking-ban measures on Ohio’s ballot. Smoking measures are on the ballot in seven states this year and three states, Arizona, Nevada, and Ohio, have more than one about smoking. One measure in Ohio, proposed by a coalition of health organizations, nearly eliminates smoking in public places by changing state laws. The opposing measure, proposed and financed by the tobacco industry, appears to restrict smoking but actually rolls back stricter bans in some communities.
