CEOs Testify on Energy Prices Executives from five major oil companies testify at a Senate joint hearing on energy prices. Requested by Sen. Maj. Leader Bill Frist (R-TN), the hearing looks into the impact of Hurricane Katrina and high winter bills. The heads of ExxonMobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, BP America and Shell Oil are witnesses.
